Md. Code Regs. 27.01.09.02 - Nontidal Wetlands
The provisions of COMAR 26.23.01 apply to nontidal wetlands in the Critical Area. A person conducting a regulated activity within nontidal wetlands in the Critical Area shall obtain a permit from the Department of the Environment. Nothing in this regulation may be interpreted as altering any requirements for development activities set out in this subtitle.
