103 CMR 464.07 - Eligibility
To be eligible for participation in work release programs, an inmate must be within 18 months of parole eligibility, have completed any mandatory portion of his or her sentence, have attained pre-release status, and be otherwise eligible under M.G.L. c. 127, ยง 49 and other applicable laws.
