(A) The purpose of
105 CMR
153.000 is to set forth the licensure procedures and
suitability requirements for long-term care facilities.
(B)
105 CMR
153.000 applies to applicants for the licensure of
long-term care facilities licensed under M.G.L. c. 111, ยง 71 in
Massachusetts.
