119 CMR 1.02 - Policy
In order to ensure that employees or other persons regularly providing services or support to any program or facility are appropriate for serving in their positions with potential unsupervised contact, a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check shall be performed on all candidates. It is the policy of SHH that convictions of certain crimes may pose an unacceptable risk to the vulnerable populations served by the SHH agencies. 119 CMR 1.00 sets forth minimum standards.
