205 CMR 6.16 - Complaints Pertaining to Pari-mutuel Operations

(1) When a patron makes a complaint regarding the pari-mutuel department to an association, the association shall immediately issue a complaint report, setting out:

(a) the name of the complainant;

(b) the nature of the complaint;

(c) the name of the persons, if any, against whom the complaint was made;

(d) the date of the complaint;

(e) the action taken or proposed to be taken, if any, by the association. (ARCI c. 9 g.p. § P(1))

(2) The association shall submit every complaint report to the Commission within 48 hours after the complaint was made. (ARCI c. 9 g.p. § P(2))
