205 CMR 6.22 - Refusals
The association may reserve the right at any time to refuse to open an account, to accept a wager, or to accept a deposit. The association shall not establish or maintain an account for any person who has been banned or prohibited from entering the premises of an association in the State in accordance with M.G.L. c. 128A, ยง 10A.
