211 CMR, § 142.10 - Fines and License Suspension or Revocation
Any violation of 211 CMR 142.00 shall be subject to all applicable fines and penalties, including the suspension and revocation of licenses, pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 175, and c. 176D. Any violation of 211 CMR 142.00 shall be deemed to be an unfair method of competition and an unfair or deceptive act or practice pursuant to M.G.L. c. 176D.
