230 CMR 2.02 - Administration of Examinations
The Director of Registration shall enter into a contract with a professional independent test administration service for the purposes of examination siting, proctoring, guaranteeing security, guaranteeing comfortable testing environments, and all other administrative duties necessary for the proper administration of examinations. The Director of Registration may enter into a contract with a professional independent testing service, discussed in 230 CMR 2.01, for the administration of the examination it prepares.
