247 CMR 12.02 - Limitation on the Functions and Operations of a Restricted Pharmacy
Registration as a restricted pharmacy shall not authorize such a restricted pharmacy to function or operate as a retail pharmacy as defined in M.G.L. c. 112, ยง 39.
