259 CMR 6.01 - Scope and Purpose
259 CMR 6.00 establishes the standards for applying for and operating a licensed Physical Therapy Facility pursuant to M.G.L. c. 112 ยง 23M1/2. The purpose of 259 CMR 6.00 is to prevent insurance fraud and protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public by promoting minimum standards for Physical Therapy Facilities throughout the Commonwealth.
