310 CMR 40.0065 - Modification of Special Project Designation Permit
(1) The permittee may apply for a
modification to a Special Project Designation Permit to add or remove property
subject to the Special Project Designation.
(2) A request for a Special Project
Designation Permit Modification shall include the following:
(a) a completed transmittal form using the
form established by the Department for such purposes;
(b) a description of and rationale for the
modification sought; and
(c) the
certification required by
310
CMR 40.0009.
