360 CMR 11.13 - Full-cost Pricing
All Agreements shall provide that the community will be required to develop and implement a full-cost pricing system within 12 months from the date when all municipalities (other than those communities which are subject to 360 CMR 11.00 ) listed in St. 1984, c. 374, ยง. 8(d) of the enabling act have imposed a full-cost pricing system.
