430 CMR 10.04 - Subjectivity
Any employer subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 151A is also subject to M.G. L. c. 149, ยง 189, governing employer medical assistance contributions. All subject employers are required to meet the reporting requirements provided in 430 CMR 10.00, regardless of whether employer medical assistance contributions are due.
