430 CMR 11.01 - Purpose
The purpose of 430 CMR 11.00 is to promulgate the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA or Department) local office procedures governing non-monetary redeterminations of unemployment insurance claims under M.G.L. c. 151A, ยง 71.
