651 CMR 4.09 - Safety Codes and Training
Each Nutrition Project shall take all steps necessary to ensure the safety of all Program participants. These steps shall include but not be limited to the following:
(1) Document
that all Meal Sites are in compliance with State and local health and fire
standards.
(2) Train all site
project personnel and key volunteers in emergency procedures and choke saving
procedures.
(3) Develop appropriate
health and sanitary procedures for Congregate Meals and Home Delivered
Meals.
