740 CMR 31.99 - Penalties
Notwithstanding any provision of 740 CMR to the contrary, the penalty for violation of any provision of 740 CMR 31.00 shall be:
(1) a fine in an amount not to
exceed the maximum fine the Authority is authorized to impose; and/or expulsion
and/or
(2) exclusion from such
areas of Authority-owned or operated facilities and properties as the Authority
may designate for such period of time as the Authority, may deem appropriate in
the interest of public safety; and/or
(3) suspension or revocation of any or all
privileges to conduct commercial activity on designated Authority-owned or
operated facilities and properties for such period of time as the Authority,
may deem appropriate.
