760 CMR 47.02 - Purpose and Scope

760 CMR 47.00 is designed to
provide a framework within which the Department can design and implement policies
and programs to ensure equal opportunity and full participation for all citizens of
the Commonwealth. The Department may issue further policies and guidance to clarify
the framework under
760 CMR 47.00.

760 CMR 47.00 is also intended to
define the equal employment opportunity, fair housing, and business utilization
obligations of any applicant for state, state-assisted, federal or
federally-assisted funds administered by the Undersecretary of the
Department.
