946 CMR 5.13 - Appointment of Parking Clerk
The Agency accepts the provisions of M.G.L. c. 90, § 20A½, and appoints the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Public Safety at Devens to the position of Parking Clerk for Devens. The Parking Clerk, in addition to other duties, not including police functions, assigned to her by the Agency, and shall perform the duties assigned to Parking Clerks in the section.
