974 CMR 3.05 - Innovative Development
Innovative and Planned Use Development - The By-laws (Article III, Section F) require the Commission adopt regulations that encourage the use of "innovative development strategies, including, but not limited to, clustered development, condominium development, and planned unit development methods."
