995 CMR 3.06 - Types of Commissions
(1) The
Commissioner will grant Commissions of the following two types:
(a) Warrant Pilot Commission; and
(b) Full Branch Pilot Commission.
(2) The Commissions, annexed
hereto as Exhibit A(i)-(ii) as incorporated by reference in
995 CMR
3.00, with an original filed in the Regulations
Division of the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth with copies
available at the offices of the Pilot Commissioner: District Two shall be
signed by both Commissioner in office on the date of issuance.
(3) The qualifications required as a
prerequisite for each such Commission are set forth in
995 CMR
3.00.

The restrictions imposed on the holders of Commissions are set forth in
995 CMR
3.00.
