The Board's incorporation by reference includes the definitions set forth in ANSI/ASSE A10.5-2013: Safety Requirements for Material Hoists, Section 3. In the event of any conflict between definitions as provided in said section 3 and those set forth elsewhere in 524 CMR, within 524 CMR 37.00 only, the standard's definitions shall control.
