Mich. Admin. Code R. 169.38 - Petty cash fund
Rule 38.
(1) A
committee treasurer may establish a petty cash fund.
(2) A petty cash fund shall be established
only from funds withdrawn from a committee account.
(3) A person making payments from a petty
cash fund shall maintain records of the amount and purpose of each expenditure
and shall deliver the records to the committee treasurer.
