Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1455a - Rule 455a. Throwing objects at or into paths of vehicles prohibited; violation as misdemeanor
(1) A person shall not knowingly cause any
litter or any object to fall or to be thrown into the path of or to hit a
vehicle traveling on a street.
(2)
The violation of this rule is punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 or
not more than 1 year in county jail, or both. A person who violates this rule
is guilty of a misdemeanor
