Mich. Admin. Code R. 281.703.11 - Hutchins lake; hours for high-speed boating and water skiing
Rule 11. On the waters of Hutchins lake, sections 6 and 7, T2N, R15W, Clyde township, and sections 1 and 12, T2N, R16W, Ganges township, Allegan county, an operator of a motorboat, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, shall not:
(a) Operate the motorboat at high speed,
which means a speed at or above which a motorboat reaches a planing
condition.
(b) Have in tow, or
otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled,
kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
