Mich. Admin. Code R. 285.642.13 - Inspection and maintenance requirements
Rule 13.
(1) An
operator of a farm storage facility shall maintain the facility to minimize the
risk of a discharge.
(2) An
operator of a farm storage facility shall visually inspect the facility on a
regular basis while the facility is being utilized for the storage of bulk
fertilizer.
(3) All secondary
containment and operational areas shall be maintained free of debris and
foreign matter.
