Mich. Admin. Code R. 29.5814 - Permanent abandonment of underground tanks
Rule 814. Section 7.14 of the FL/CL code is adopted with the following changes:
7.14 Permanent
abandonment of underground tanks. If an underground fuel storage tank is
permanently removed from service, the applicable requirements of part 2 of
these rules apply.
