Rule 141.
(1) The
natural resources conservation service critical area planting guide is adopted
by reference in these rules.
(2)
Copies of the document entitled "The Natural Resources Conservation Service
Critical Area Planting Guide" may be obtained at no cost from the United States
Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, 1405 South
Harrison Street, East Lansing, Michigan 48823, or from the Michigan Department
of Environmental Quality, Waste Management Division, P.O. Box 30241, Lansing,
Michigan 48909, at no cost. The guide is available for inspection at the
Lansing office of the department.
