Mich. Admin. Code R. 299.9701 - Applicability; definitions
Rule 701.
(1)
Except as specified in subrule (2) of this rule, the requirements of this part
apply to all facilities which treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste or
which accepted hazardous waste for disposal after November 19, 1980.
(2) States and the federal government are
exempt from the requirements of this part.
(3) The definitions of terms contained in the
provisions of 40 C.F.R.-264.141 are adopted by reference in R
299.11003.
