Rule 9. Administrative procedures in contested cases and judicial review shall be in accordance with, and subject to, chapters 4, 5, and 6 of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being ยงยง24.271 to 24.306 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
