Rule 283.
(1) A
nursing care facility shall provide a minimum of 30 square feet of floor space
per bed for dayroom, dining, and activity space. This space must always be
accessible to patients.
(2) A
hospice residence or a long-term acute care hospital shall provide a minimum of
15 square feet of floor space per bed for dayroom, dining, and activity space.
