Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.10509 - Facility location
Rule 509. A new or converted facility shall not be established within 300 feet of an aboveground storage tank that contains flammable liquids that are used in connection with any of the following:
(a) A bulk storage plant.
(b) A marine terminal.
(c) Aircraft refueling.
(d) A bottling plant of a liquefied petroleum
gas installation.
(e) Other similar
hazard.
