Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.11106 - Applicability
Rule 106.
(1)
This part applies to all adult foster care camps and to children's camps as
follows:
(a) A day camp that operates more
than 4 hours but less than 24 hours per day for 5 or more days in any 14-day
period.
(b) A residential, travel,
or troop camp that operates for more than 12 hours per day for 5 or more days,
including at least 1 overnight, in any 14-day period.
(c) A camp begins operating when the camp
assumes responsibility for the campers.
