Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12204 - Facilities
Rule 204.
(1) An
agency shall provide and maintain sufficient office space, equipment, and
supplies to ensure the delivery of services.
(2) An agency shall have physical office
space with a Michigan street address.
(3) An organization may maintain satellite
offices when the following conditions are met:
(a) The agency has notified the department in
writing prior to opening the satellite office and has received approval to open
the satellite office.
(b) There is
a completed written plan to ensure appropriate supervision is provided on a
regular basis.
(c) The files are
made available for review at the agency main location when requested by the
department.
