Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12213 - Record Management
Rule 213. An agency shall do all the following with respect to maintenance of required records:
(a)
Protect each record against destruction and damage.
(b) Keep each record in a uniform
fashion.
(c) Store and maintain
each record in a manner to ensure confidentiality and to prevent unauthorized
access.
