Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12314 - Religion and spirituality policy
Rule 314.
(1) An
agency's religion policy must ensure that the foster child may participate or
choose not to participate in religious or spiritual instruction, engage or
choose not to engage in religious or spiritual practices, or attend or choose
not to attend religious or spiritual services.
(2) A foster child may not be required to
attend religious or spiritual services or follow specific religious or
spiritual doctrine.
