Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12704 - Safeguarding rights
Rule 704. An agency shall prescribe safeguards relating to the needs and rights of all the following:
(a) Birth parents who are considering release
of, or who have released, a child for adoption.
(b) The child who becomes available for
adoption.
(c) The adoptive parents
who apply to adopt or adopt a child.
