Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.1411 - Resident behavior management; general requirements
Rule 11.
(1) A
licensee shall ensure that methods of behavior management are positive and
relevant to the needs of the resident.
(2) Methods of behavior management shall
encourage cooperation, self-esteem, self-direction, and independence, and shall
be administered in accordance with a resident's written assessment
plan.
