Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.1441 - Electrical service
Rule 41.
(1) The
electrical service shall be maintained in a safe condition.
(2) Where conditions indicate a need for
inspection, the electrical service shall be inspected by a qualified electrical
inspection service. If there are violations, a copy of the inspection report
shall be submitted to the department, together with a corrective action plan. A
copy of the certificate of approval from the qualified electrical inspection
service shall be maintained in the home and available for department
review.
(3) This rule shall only
apply to those adult foster family homes licensed or proposed to be licensed
after March 27, 1980.
