Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.329 - Nurse aide trainer requirements
Rule 329. Once issued a permit, a nurse aide trainer shall do all of the following:
(a)
Maintain an active nursing license that is in good standing.
(b) Instruct only with a valid, active
permit.
(c) Cooperate with the
department during any inspection or complaint investigation.
(d) Update the department within 30 days
after a name, address, or licensure status change.
