Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.4106 - Original licensure; application
Rule 106. An applicant applying for an original license shall provide documentation of all of the following:
(a) Need for the type of program the
institution proposes to provide.
(b) Sufficient financial resources to meet
applicable licensing rules following the issuance of the initial
license.
(c) A plan of financial
accounting developed in accordance with generally accepted accounting
practices.
