Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.4130 - Privacy and confidentiality
Rule 130.
(1) An
institution shall assure resident and parent privacy and confidentiality and
shall protect residents from exploitation.
(2) A resident's identity may be disclosed
for public purposes or publicity only after both of the following criteria are
met:
(a) The parent has consented.
(b) The resident has consented if the
resident is capable of consent.
