Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.4138 - Bedding and linen
Rule 138.
(1) Each
resident shall be provided with an individual bed with a clean pillow, mattress
and sufficient clean blankets.
(2)
Each resident shall be provided with clean sheets and a pillowcase at least
weekly and more often if soiled.
(3) All bedding shall be in good repair and
shall be cleaned and sanitized before being used by another person.
