Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.4147 - Dental care
Rule 147.
(1) A
licensee shall provide for and document dental examinations and treatment for
each resident 3 years of age and older.
(2) A dental examination within 12 months
prior to admission shall be documented or there shall be an examination not
later than 90 calendar days following admission.
(3) Reexamination shall be provided at least
every 14 months unless greater frequency is indicated.
