Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.4153 - Shelter care and detention institutions; preliminary service plans
Rule 153. Within 7 calendar days of admission, a plan shall be developed for each resident. The plan shall include all of the following:
(a) The reason for
care.
(b) An assessment of the
residents immediate and specific needs.
(c) The specific services to be provided by
the institution.
(d) Other
resources to meet the residents needs.
