Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.4431 - Heating equipment

Rule 431.

(1) Heating equipment shall be capable of maintaining a temperature of not less than 68 degrees Fahrenheit at a point 4 feet above the floor. An accurate thermometer shall be provided.
(2) Hot water radiators or steam radiators and pipes or any other heating device capable of causing a burn shall be effectively shielded.
