Rule 3.
(1)
"Equivalent" means an alternate design or feature that provides an equal or
greater degree of safety.
(2)
"Flammable" means to ignite easily, burn intensely, or to have a rapid rate of
flame spread.
(3) "Hazard" means an
unsafe condition or procedure that could result in an injury.
(4) "Machine" means a powered instrument or
device that transmits force or motion in a predetermined manner. It may be
fixed in place or transportable, but is not hand-held.
