Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.10187 - Maintenance
Rule 187.
(1)
An employer shall maintain grinding equipment in a condition which will not
create a hazard for the employee.
(2) An employer shall instruct the employee
to report defective equipment to the employee's supervisor.
