Rule 4242.
(1)
A hammer shall be installed on or anchored to a foundation of such strength as
to support the imposed weight and normal work stress.
(2) A press shall be installed in a manner
that it will remain in position or it shall be anchored to a foundation of such
strength as to support the imposed weight and normal work stress.
