Rule 7207.
(1)
"Vehicle" means a powered conveyance operating on 2 or more wheels, including,
but not limited to, an automobile, truck or trailer.
(2) "Wet operations" means those operations
which involve the drainage, splash or running of liquids such as, but not
limited to those found in car washing or dipping of radiators in
solutions.
(3) "Yield point" means
the point where material begins to take a permanent deformation.
