Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30316 - Barrier free design board; exceptions and appeals
Rule 316. All requests for exceptions and appeals regarding barrier free design rules shall be directed to the barrier free design board, on an appropriate form, through the barrier free design division of the bureau of construction codes.
